Multi award winning Michelin starred chef Niklas Ekstedt has opened his first restaurant outside of Stockholm, Ekstedt at The Yard, in Great Scotland Yard hotel in Westminster.
Ekstedt at The Yard focuses on Scandinavian cooking techniques using the very best seasonal British ingredients.
